- All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, please immediately Khela Gor.
- Sharing or selling your account to any other person is strictly prohibited.
After registration, we may verify your account via email or SMS. Certain services may be restricted until verification is complete.

Betting Rules
Khela GorThe following rules apply when betting on:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Please review all details carefully before placing your bet.
- Odds may change at any time. The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
- If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded or the leg will be counted as a "push".
- Odds in live betting change rapidly. Bets may be rejected due to network delays.
- Minimum bet amounts are fixed per market. Maximum bet limits also apply.
- If one leg of a parlay bet loses, the entire bet is lost.
- Khela Gor reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly set in error.
Cash-Out Policy: A cash-out option is available on select matches. The cash-out amount is based on current market value at the time of the request and may be higher or lower than the original stake.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions are governed by the following rules:
- Minimum Deposit: ৳100. Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500।
- Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please notify the support team.
- Withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process. VIP members benefit from faster processing times.
- Account verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawals can be processed.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. If you deposited via Mobile Pay, your withdrawal must also go to Mobile Pay.

- We reserve the right to investigate suspicious transactions as part of our anti-money laundering obligations.
A pending withdrawal request can be cancelled while it is still being processed. Once completed, it can no longer be reversed.

Account Suspension & Closure
Khela Gor Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed under the following circumstances:
- Any violation of these terms and conditions.
- If suspicious activity is detected on an account.
- Failure to provide documents requested for verification.
- At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
- Extended periods of inactivity.
Upon account closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance. However, if terms have been violated, the balance may be forfeited. You can also request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

Limitation of Liability

- Financial losses from betting — betting carries risk and is entirely your own responsibility.
- Bets that fail to be placed due to loss of internet connection or technical errors.
- Transaction delays caused by third-party services such as Mobile Pay or Nagad.
- Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or server failures.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
Betting is for entertainment. Only bet what you can afford to lose.
